Carriage - Deliveries to the UK & Ireland are usually despatched within 3-5 working Days of your Prescription being verified. Free 1st Class Postage applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom & Ireland. If you want your lenses urgently, we ship Citylink / DHL for £5.95. We also ship overseas to the USA, Canada & Worldwide Airmail up to the weight of 1KG (usually a 3 month pack of solution or 90 pairs of daily lenses) for £4.50 or Insured AIRSURE Delivery for £6.95. Any order over this weight will be liable to a shipping surcharge, please contact us for a quote before ordering.

Please note - Due to cost, we do not ship solution orders to the USA at the standard rate, please enquire for shipping rates.

Damage or Short Delivery - Damage and/or shortages must be noted and notice given to Accuity Ltd within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Delivery Times & Non Delivery - Please Allow up to 21 Days for Delivery. Under the Royal Mail terms & conditions, all delivery times quoted are approximate. Claims for non delivery must be made in writing to Accuity Ltd within 28 days of date of dispatch notice.

Return of Goods - All goods to be returned must be authorised before return. No unauthorised returns will be accepted.
